Key Facts-
Pay Rate: £10.90 per hour
Contract: Temporary, 2 months likely to only be 2 initially 02/05/2023-30/06/2023
Location: Stella House, Goldcrest Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 8NY
Training will be office based and then you will have the opportunity to work remotely.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Start date - 2nd May 2023(subject to compliance deadlines)
Job Purpose-
The IT Service Desk will form the central point of contact for all technology related incidents, service requests and queries. The role of the Service Desk Analyst is to provide first and second line support for all NHSBSA employees. The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for logging incidents and service requests and resolving support requests ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. As our client starts the implementation phase of their email migration project they are looking for a dedicated team of Service Desk Analysts to provide 1st line support to their users.
