Are you a senior Executive Assistant, with experience working at a high level, supporting a variety of demanding professionals within the notoriously high-expectation investment sector, looking for your next long-term temp role in a highly regarded Private Equity firm?

With headquarters in Canada, and offices across the US and UK, the firm is extremely successful, and requires their ‘small but mighty’ team of receptionists and assistants to be united in working hard to ensure workflow is never interrupted.

Daily tasks will include:
    Complex management of multiple calendars, including cross-time-zone scheduling
    Meeting coordination
    Timely processing of expense claims
    Support to reception team when required
    Acting as ‘gatekeeper’ for senior team members
    Frequent international and domestic travel arrangements
    Support with general administrative duties as required
You will be experienced in supporting high-expectation teams, being excited by the fast-paced, dynamic working environment Private Equity provides. You will be a hugely polished communicator, in person, on the phone, and by email, with the ability to provide support to professionals at all levels, including senior management. You will have the ability to work independently, showing high levels of initiative, maturity, and professionalism. You will have strong proficiency in MS Office, and you will pride yourself in your meticulous attention to detail. Discretion is key in this role, as you will constantly be dealing with confidential information.
