Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bedfordshire to assist with the appointment of a Estate Manager, on a 4-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • You manage the Council's commercial estate (land and buildings for occupation and investment) in accordance with the Asset Management Strategy.
  • This will involve managing all landlord and tenant matters to maintain and build revenue income, deliverying the annual asset valuation, and proactive management of landlord and tenant negociations.
  • This will require close working with the Facilities Management Service.
  • You will manage the Estates Team (Corporate Landlord)

Requirements:

  • Experience in Estate Management
  • Previously carried out regular estate inspections
  • You must be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

Please note:

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
  • You should have right to work in U.K
