Our client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to be based in Chorley
This role is carrying out reactive maintenance surveys on residential housing stock across the Lancashire and Merseyside areas.
Must have experience of managing contractors and carrying post inspection surveys.
Pay is £25.00per hour
