Please note: This role is office-based offering flexible hours

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting typical activities associated with but not limited to routine and planned maintenance activities

• Projects and minor works

• Health and safety matters

• Procurement

• Asset management

• Business continuity

• General internal and external correspondence

Your skills and experiences:

• Solid demonstrable experience of providing effective administration services in an organised manner

• Proficient with using MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Attention to detail and effective communication (verbally and in writing)

• Ability to work in a team and use own initiative

The Facilities team: As a Facilities Management Administrator, you will be working in an extremely varied role carrying out administration tasks supporting the BAE Systems Facilities Management Team whilst interfacing with the Rochester site.
