Castlet Ltd are an international engineering and manufacturing company based in Lincoln. Castlet supply a range of equipment and services across the industry, typically in power generation, cement, steel, waste to energy, bulk material handling to name a few.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced full time Site and Service electrical engineer to carry out service, installation, commissioning, optimisation and fault finding of all the products we supply.
The successful candidate will be an experienced electrical engineer, familiar with LV power, control and automation products, excellent analytical skills with a hands on approach and experienced in utilising a full range of test and measuring equipment.
An understanding of single phase and 3 phase Thyristor power controls, communication networks and PLC / SCADA systems would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills is also key to this role, both internally within the team and with our customers on site.
A full, valid driving license and Passport are essential. Must be flexible and able to travel to Castlet customer sites within the UK and internationally on a frequent basis. When not out on site you would be in our Lincoln based workshop assisting with assembly, wiring and testing of equipment or supporting the after sales and engineering departments.
Full product specific training will be provided as the initial stages of the role.
Salary is negotiable.
