ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer focused Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to join our team based in Central, Bedfordshire Council Offices Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford SG17 5TQ

Job Type: Temporary- Full Time. (6 Months with the possibility of becoming permanent)

Pay Rate: £12.00

Working Hours: 37.50 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday 13:00 Hrs to 21:00 Hrs/Flexible .

Start Date: Immediately.

Role Summary:
You will supervise multiple sites and their cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. Carry out deep yearly deep cleans and one off works as well as interacting with our clients and staff daily, and improve the quality of life in everyone you meet!
Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
A company vehicle will be provided along with a fuel card to visit different sites and assist your team to carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
In this role, you'll be given a lot of responsibility to ensure yours and you're teams tasks are carried out within the timescales given.
Use your own initiative in reviewing the impact that your team are having on you're site, as your leadership should pave the way of successful feedback from the client.
Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning products and appliances. Also ensuring that a record of this is kept for compliance.
Be a champion of health and safety practices€- spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!
Ensure regular safety walks are completed, to pick up any hazards.
Frequent feedback sessions with your team, to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.

What you bring:
Full UK driving license
Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
Be a team player and take instruction
Flexible and dynamic work environment
