The successful candidate will have experience of managing local authority & private business contracts, whilst also selling to operators of specialist vehicles. This exciting new role requires the individual to manage existing customer contracts & proactively prospect customers for contract, spot hire & fleet maintenance. Supported by the wider team, you will create bespoke, technical quotes tailored to the clients’ need & manage the account thereafter to maximise profits & identify further revenue opportunities. This role will take the lead in managing existing & new customer contracts to explore upselling & cross selling opportunities, ensuring service delivery KPI’s are met, relationships are strengthened, & our customers continue to receive a first-class service.

Job Requirements

It is essential that you have experience in the Specialist Vehicles & Maintenance field, especially with local councils and are passionate about building great customer relationships.

Management of local authority & private business contracts

Selling to operators of specialist vehicles.

Management of existing customer contracts & proactively prospect customers for contract

Spot hire & fleet maintenance.

Collaborating with the wider team,

Creation of bespoke technical quotes tailored to the client’s needs.

Continuing Management of accounts to maximise profits & identify further revenue opportunities.

Taking the lead in managing existing & new customer contracts and exploring opportunities to upsell & cross sell opportunities.

Ensuring service delivery KPI’s are met.

Strengthen relationships with customers.

Ensure customers always receive a first-class experience.
