37.5 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota, hours between 8:30am - 7:30pm.

Money4yourMotors Ltd is part of the Cox Automotive UK group of companies and is one of the UK’s best known consumer car buying businesses. The team also provide car buying solutions for partners across the automotive industry working under the Manheim Brand.

The hub of the activity is in the call centre, which consists of 35 operatives currently, who are there to provide outstanding customer service, fielding all enquiries, booking appointments, supporting sales and managing the aftercare once a vehicle is purchased. The focus of the team working in the call centre is to deliver exceptional customer service every time to the internal and external customers.

Role

To support the Call Centre Team by providing accurate and timely administrative support, ensuring records and administration is kept in line with Standard Operating Practices and maintain customer service excellence at all times.

Other duties include

  • Adherence to all customer processes and scripts
  • Booking of appointments completing any background check applicable
  • Updating of all contact details and any appointment notes where necessary
  • Liaising with field inspectors, providing guidance and most recent information where necessary
  • Dealing with customers queries in a polite and efficient manner
  • Liaising with administration team and Manager’s to help resolve customer queries
  • Achieving individual booking targets set
  • Making sure daily call targets are achieved
  • Delivering a great consumer experience from start to finish

  • Strong customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Able follow instructions and work using your own initiative
