JOB: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY: Upto £26,000 dependant on experience + Bonus
HOURS: 40 Hours Mon-Fri / 1 in 3 Saturday (half day)
Full Time/Permanent
Our client is a well-established, highly regarded manufacturer-approved Accident Repair and Service Centre business in the Coventry area and are now looking for an additional experienced Service Advisor to join their growing team.

As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role within our clients Service Department as being the point of communication between the Technicians and their Customers. To be successful within this role, they require previous Automotive experience with a passion for providing great customer service, an ability to work in a proactive manner and a desire for no two working days to ever be the same!
Key Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be:
- Arranging and booking your customer's vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
- Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with confidence and become their point of contact for the duration of the customers vehicle being within their Workshop.
- Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.
- Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.

If you already come from an Automotive Service Advisory background and can provide tailored customer service and upselling to a wide range of customers. This is a fantastic time to be part of a new team!
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
