The support we provide is delivered in a range of settings (like supported housing, assessment centres and outreach) and our customers’ support needs can include psychosis, forensic and personality disorders.

We have spent the last 10 years designing our services to be fully psychologically informed. Most of our services have specialist therapeutic input and colleagues have access to specialised mental health training delivered by MH professionals. All our services provide regular reflective practice spaces to our colleagues to formulate complex cases and find constructive ways forward. All these measures make us the ideal partner for NHS trusts across London with whom we deliver several integrated services.

The role


We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Senior Team Manager in Greenwich. You will be responsible for overseeing various Mental Health scheme's across Greenwich.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress into an exciting new senior management role, to oversee multiple schemes and where every day is different. Your main place of work will be at one of our Greenwich mental health supported living services, whilst also travelling to other services nearby (travel expenses can be claimed)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and motivating the Team Managers and Support Officers to deliver the service contract in a sustainable and efficient manner, delegating effectively where appropriate.
  • Be responsible for the financial management of the service which includes setting and controlling the business budget.
  • Providing line management, supervision and appraisal to Team Managers within the service.
  • Performance management including setting targets, monitoring and taking action to address any performance issues of the team and regular reporting to the Directors.
  • Carrying out regular audits of service provision and cross service.
  • Ensuring effective customer participation, consultation and feedback within individual services.
  • Ensuring regular team meetings are held and Managers and staff are informed about the organisation’s strategic goals
