DB Recruitment are on the look out for a very experienced Commercial Manager to work for a client of ours based between Leeds & Bradford.

Commercial Manager, that can visit sites around the UK, understand scope requirements, price if needed, manage projects commercially and run a commercial department consisting of other Quantity Surveyors and a buyer.

Having experience in physically costing projects and analysing the data and sub-contractors etc is a must.

Looking for a top drawer candidate only at a high level.

At least 15-20 yrs experience, living with in a 20 mile radius of our office. Someone who is truly ambitious. Our client have Millions of pounds of investment, as they only buy and source their own properties to work on.

Not working for anyone else. 90% is period conversion of Grade1 and 2 historic properties. 10% is exclusive high end new build.

Company vehicle, pension will be provided.

Salary between 65-70k roughly for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
