The clinic is looking to hire an experienced operational manager with at least 5 years experience in healthcare managerial role to help with the patient care pathways and to oversee and manage all processes by which Alfie Medical LTD can provide safe high quality care for patients. This process will include management of the patient pathway, provision of administrative services and management of human resources and staff training.
The postholder will have responsibility for ensuring that staff have what they need to deliver effective patient care through the successful planning and delivery of services and all other required resources. In addition, the post holder will have responsibility for co-ordination of data/information which measures and showcases performance against clinical quality and safety standards. This is an essential requirement to evidence CQC compliance and a means of monitoring and continually improving performance and safety. The postholder will ensure that the internal and external audit programmes are undertaken on time and that the tools used to capture performance data are appropriate, well maintained and regularly updated.
The postholder will be responsible for organising and communication on all matters related to assurance and quality meetings i.e Integrated Governance Committee (IGC), Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) and Management Board.
