We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Minor Injuries unit within Helston Community Hospital.
This is a Band 6 post, and we would be delighted to interview practitioners who are able to work in an advanced practice role which includes minor injuries, minor illness and paediatrics at Band 6 level. This role will working alongside a Band 5 team member and a band 3 Health care Assistant.
A passion for minor injury care, good communication skills, and a commitment to work in an MIU team delivering high quality care are all essential. You must be responsive to change, flexible in your approach and have a sound knowledge of professional issues. T
The MIU operates from 8am - 8pm covering a 7-day service and is committed to delivering high quality care to the local population, which exhibits a marked increase in patient-attendance during the holiday period.
