Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a Health and Social Care background to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Operations Director. The Executive Assistant to the Operations Director will be disciplined, organized, and have a strong ability to follow through on tasks.

The Executive Assistant to the Operations Director will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Operations Director.

As an Executive Assistant to the Operations Director you will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Operations Director

- Act as a gatekeeper for the Operations Director schedule and emails

- Minute taking and coordinating agenda actions

- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements

- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required

- Conduct research and provide analytical support as needed

- Assist in the management of projects and initiatives

Skills and Experiences:

- Health and Social Care background required level 3/5

- 5+ years of experience in executive administration or related field

- Proven ability to proactively manage multiple responsibilities and follow through on tasks

- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

- Minute taking

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Ability to relate well to people at all levels

- High energy and fast-paced work style

- Customer service oriented

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Driving license
