A brief overview of the role

We are excited to advertise this role working for one of Hereford’s most reputable and successful Estate Agencies as a Customer care and business administrator. The successful candidate will be working within a close team providing high levels of administrative support and customer care across different departments of the business.

Vacancy description

  • To provide administrative support across different departments including residential lettings and sales
  • Completing sales reports and correlating other relevant information required by the team
  • Handling sensitive customer data and adhering to all GDPR legislation
  • Liaising with customers across different platforms including telephony and face to face
  • Appointment bookings
  • Diary management
  • Attend occasional property visits as and when required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be reasonably required

  • Ability to learn, understand and implement new processes
  • Good numeracy and literacy
