We are excited to advertise this role working for one of Hereford’s most reputable and successful Estate Agencies as a Customer care and business administrator. The successful candidate will be working within a close team providing high levels of administrative support and customer care across different departments of the business.
Vacancy description
- To provide administrative support across different departments including residential lettings and sales
- Completing sales reports and correlating other relevant information required by the team
- Handling sensitive customer data and adhering to all GDPR legislation
- Liaising with customers across different platforms including telephony and face to face
- Appointment bookings
- Diary management
- Attend occasional property visits as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be reasonably required
