Wordpress Developer

We’re Hiring! Our company is growing really fast, so we’re now looking to expand our Head Office team.

If you’re an experienced Web Developer, experienced in Wordpress then you’re the sort of person we’re looking for!

We help protect the environment, by making it easier for people to install energy-saving products, including innovative equipment, such as solar panels. Doing this also helps people save money on their energy bills.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing brand. It would suit an experienced developer who is willing to take ownership of building and maintaining a range of development projects within the business.

Role:

• Work closely with the development team to further develop and maintain a wide range of sites
• Managing numerous projects at any one time to get new sites to market
• Take ownership of numerous projects to help drive the business forward
• Regularly liaising with the marketing team to design and launch websites

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 2 years commercial experience working with Wordpress
• Strong experience working on the WordPress system and an understanding of WordPress hooks, functions and structure
• A high level of understanding of PHP & MYSQL
• A high level of understanding of HTML & CSS
• A high level of understanding of JavaScript/JQuery/Ajax

Other skills:

• Ability to self-manage and organise
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• Dedicated to finishing the job to a high standard

What’s The Work Schedule?
The work schedule is the usual Mon-Fri (9-5 or 8-4)
