We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Transformation Team!!

Working closely with the Head of Business Transformation, you will be at the heart of helping the CTO & Operating Board shape and deliver our 3- to 5-year Transformation agenda.

As part of a small, but mighty, team you will help ensure we have ‘one version of the truth’ bringing together our Future Transformation Vision and articulating how we are tracking in terms of delivery.


You will help build and manage the framework and tools around robust Management Information (MI) and support in connecting & regularly engaging the wider Transformation community with the right MI & platform to help drive visibility, align outcomes, improve connectedness, and encourage knowledge sharing.

You will help drive fantastic engagement with the Programmes and into the Operating Board to enable better, faster decision making & prioritisation on Transformation and cost, demonstrate proactive drive, organisation and curiosity in your approach and lead by example, championing a Transformation Mindset and encouraging collaborative & end-to-end ways of working.


More About the Role:

    • One version of the truth – Ensure consistent data capture, programme information and understanding across the overall Business Transformation agenda. Provide a one-stop shop for all Business Transformation related activity, giving confidence and clarity around project delivery and benefits.
    • E2E Connectivity: Create a Transformation leadership community to align outcomes, improve connectivity, support knowledge sharing and build consistent ways of working
    • Better, faster decision making: Enable better, faster decision making & prioritisation on Transformation and cost by developing effective MI, metrics and senior leadership presentations
    • Lead by example: Championing a Transformation Mindset and collaborative & end-to-end ways of working

What I need to Know & Show

    • Successful experience of working on implementation of major Change projects and programmes
    • Experience in supporting the organizing and structuring of complex Transformation programmes
    • Strong organization skills and ability to demonstrate structured approach to solving problem
    • Experience in reporting, coordinating, and developing of MI and dashboards that enable the right behaviour and decisions making
    • Stakeholder management skills e.g., able to tailor messages to multiple audiences.
    • Experience of managing and using data, insight, and external stimulus to drive projects to completion.
    • Ability to engage and gain buy-in from project managers. Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail in providing accurate and timely programme information.
    • IT fluent with strong Excel skills and use of dashboards
    • PMO experience, desirable not essential
