A growing managed service provider based near Keighley are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join the team. You will be managing a growing and diverse team of 1st, 2nd, 3rd line as well as desktop support engineers covering end user support through to maintenance of local networks and servers. A key part of your role will be to ensure that vulnerabilities are being reported and patched across the customers estates
Technical Skills - * Customer Management including monthly service reviews
- Ticket Management
- People Management and Performance Management
- Incident and Major Incident Management, Problem and Change Management
- Continual Service Improvement
- Experience managing and working with SLA's & KPI's
- Proven experience working within the ITIL framework Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
o OS installation and configuration, imaging.
o Active Directory
o Group Policies/DNS/DHCP/DFS etc.
- Microsoft 365 (Windows 10, Office 365 & EM + S)
- Citrix Technologies You will need - * 2+ years' experience working in technical support
- 2+ years' experience working as a supervisor, team leader or manager
- Industry recognised certifications (i.e. ITIL, PRINCE2, Microsoft, Apple, Citrix)
- Demonstrable experience in maintaining and managing technical solutions to organisations with 100+ users
- Experience with technology migration projects
