Job Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary - £45,000-50,000 per annum + package

Concept Resourcing have partnered with a leading IT Managed Service Provider to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst to be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and advancing the company's business applications. The main system used will be Kaseya Autotask, but can consider someone with a background from a similar system.

Excellent training and progression opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance and advancing the company's PSA and connected applications (CRM, CPQ, HR, and Accounting)
• Act as the in-house expert for Kaseya Autotask (training will be provided)
• Responsible for all data related issues
• Support both technical and business staff from a support and project perspective
• Keep the Cloud PSA application up to date and responsible for any advancements

The Ideal Applicant

• Experience working in an environment supporting business systems
• Ideally SME in Kaseya Autotask or a similar Cloud PSA application such as: FinancialForce PSA, Kantata Cloud, or Connectwise PSA.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar
• ITIL Certified
• Experience overseeing full project lifecycles from a systems analyst capacity
