The client is a housing provider who has a large property portfolio across the UK. They have a dedicated in-house legal team and a small property function which forms part of that team. The business offers flexible working.
The In-house Property Solicitor will join on a 12 month basis and provide cover to the head of property. You will deal with a caseload of freehold and leasehold property work including dealing with plot sales, resales, buy backs, shared ownership and licences. You will manage the team which includes a junior solicitor, property executive and paralegal.
You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive who is confident to deal with their own caseload of files. As the office is in Bradford you will be able to commute to this location. You will either come from a private practice background or already be working as a In-house Property Solicitor.
