Job Description
TSI, in partnership with BAE Systems, are looking for ambitious and inquisitive people to play a key role in a growing team of developers to work onsite in the BAE Systems Guildford office. Prior to deployment to BAE, you will join a twelve-week training programme starting in May, subject to security clearance.
During the first twelve weeks you’ll participate in a remote, fast-track training programme which will focus on consultative skills as well as technical skills including signal processing, computing architecture, C++ programming & DevOps, and how to apply them in real-life software development projects.
We are looking for people with a STEM degree from leading UK Universities with a strong maths background (eg A*/A at A-level maths). You will thrive in this role if you are someone who:

Starting salary of £34,000 during training, and rising to £36,000 once completion of the training.

Training will be delivered remotely. Placement upon completion of training will be in the office of BAE Systems located in Guildford.
