OneAdoptionSouthYorkshire is the Regional Adoption Agency uniting the 4 local authority adoption services across South Yorkshire.

We are currently seeking to recruit for a Service Manager to deliver on the operation and continuous development of the service.

The post-holder will be a key member of the RAA Senior Management Team. They will be responsible for the direct line management of two of the RAA locality teams as well as having responsibility across the RAA for a key area of adoption service delivery such as adopter recruitment, family-finding for children or ongoing adoption support for families. Alongside the Head of Service they will represent the RAA at Regional and National level. Adoption Services are currently in transition and services are developing fast.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to adoption service development across South Yorkshire with strong links to the National Adoption Strategy.

The post will be part of the RAA Hub team which is based with the City of Doncaster Council but the post-holder will be required to work across South Yorkshire.
