What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain the schedule for each area and use the scheduling software & metrics to aid decisions in the 1–6-week window

• Prioritisation of work schedule through liaising with stakeholders and customers to fill last minute emergent demand

• Ensure that scheduled work is level loaded to capacity, across all area and trades

• Resolve all remaining issues & actions to unblock work within the 1-6 Week window

• Communicate a schedule and tasking list to stakeholders including Materials and Operations 2 weeks ahead

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

• Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders

• Proficient in all Microsoft packages

• Trade or Manufacturing support background

The Production Control team:

This opportunity is both varied and interesting due to the proximity of the build of the vessel and the continuous interaction with key stakeholders. This role holds many challenges, and each day is different which will give you an insight into all functions and how they interact with one another. You will be responsible to run, drive and help deliver our company and business milestones which will open opportunities to progress your career and develop into more senior roles within the business.
