Job Description

Role purpose:


Reporting to the Global Rewards Product Owner, the Rewards and Loyalty Manager will play a critical part in delivering our Global Rewards Program across Vodafone markets.
She/he will support local markets by contributing to the Global Rewards Strategy, assisting with the activation of Global Partnerships, developing and defining best practice guidance. The successful candidate will also participate in local Reward program development sprints for hands-on support when needed.


With us you will:


  • Contribute to the Global Rewards Strategy.
  • Collect and consolidate backlog requirements from Vodafone markets.
  • Track key program deliverables and milestones and flag any delays or blockers.
  • Support markets with the on-boarding and management of Global Reward Partnerships.
  • Produce best practice guidance documents.
  • Periodic reporting to update key stakeholders on the status and performance of the Global Rewards Program.


Apply if you have:


  • Operational experience in Rewards and/or e-commerce programs.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of affiliate marketing and business models.
  • Previously worked in an Agile product squad.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in complex environments, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes.
