We are currently seeking a Sales/Store Assistant to join our team in Liverpool. As a Sales/Store Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and ensuring that the store runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge
• Assist with merchandising and restocking products
• Participate in company trips and events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
