Semiskilled Transport Refrigeration Engineer
Earning potential £22,880 to £24,960 + Benefits, further details available upon request
£11.00 per hr plus £1.00 per hr bonus if all criteria met.
We currently require Semiskilled Engineers to join our West Midlands team to cover the Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Oxfordshire and surrounding geographical areas.
Full on job training to be given.
The successful candidates should have a full UK driving licence, at least 2 years’ experience working in an engineering environment, HGV, automotive or HVAC industries.

The Role:
· Responsibility for routine servicing and repairs as required, mechanical fault finding, electrics and all other duties associated with this role.
· Completing all work assigned daily, ensuring that adherence to company and manufacturer standards and agreed time constraints.
· Ensuring that work is always to the highest standard, seeking to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat business
· Confident in the use of PCs and mobile phones
· Able to prioritise and organise workload to achieve set deadlines and KPIs
· Willing to work in areas outside main district as and when required
· Presenting a positive company image through professionalism and quality of service
· Maintain good working relationship with clients
· Managing and prioritising jobs and workloads, scheduling, completing electronic paperwork and communicating with managers and senior-level staff members as appropriate.

· Have an engineering or refrigeration background.
· Work to high levels of efficiency and productivity on own and as part of a team
· Basic hours will be 8 hours per day plus overtime
