The Role
Join a highly performing Property Litigation team, working in the Manchester office of a regional firm.
Handle a wide range of property disputes, including boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance, service charge disputes and adverse possession.
Take on key clients, complex work and be given the opportunity to help manage more junior members of the team.
The Candidate
A Senior Associate level candidate with an excellent background in Property Litigation work.
Proven ability to handle complex Property Litigation matters.
A team player looking to help supervise and mentor more junior fee earners in the team.
