Chef de Partie- £12 to £14 Per Hour including service charge

Full Time Position

5 days from 7 on a shift basis (40-45 Hours)

Option to work 35-40 hours over 4 days

4 Weekly Pay

Permanent Contract

Including Tronc Service Charge (Tips)

As a chef de Partie at Browns Glasgow, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll run a section, thrive in a fast-paced service, and always pull together as a team.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU’LL…

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Commis Chefs
• Run a section
• Prepare everything that is needed before a busy shift
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out

Salary: Hourly Rate £10.92 per hour plus service charge, equates to £12.00 to £14.00 /hour including tips
