One of the leading firms in West Sussex is seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Lawyer seeking a new challenge.

The firm has an excellent reputation across the Sussex region with a number of offices in key high street locations. They have a very experienced private client team with an expansive and very well looked after client base. As a firm they have also undergone internal transformation of late with some employe focused changes being implemented, with further considerations being made for the future also.

It's a genuinely exciting time for anyone considering a change and wanting to be part of a firm that has traditional law firm values with a changing approach to employee working culture and benefits which now includes above average annual leave. The managing Partner also happens to be very down to earth and generally wants the best for everyone concerned at the practice.

If you're qualified fee earner (Solicitor or CILEx) with at least a few years post-qualified expertise to your name, you could really make a name for yourself in the region and become part of the longer term succession plans for the practice. There are many partners at the firm that have done exactly that in the past.

The role offers a couple of different West Sussex locations to work from so if you're within commuting distance of, say Worthing, this would give you a relatively straight forward journey to the office.
