IT Service Support Analyst - (£21-22k) Darlington hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of my clients who are in the market for a IT Server Support Analyst to join the team. IT Service Support Analysts are information professionals and advocates of excellent customer service. The post holder will report to an IT Service Desk Lead and work within a team of Service Support analysts to resolve a wide range of user issues and requests relating to IT services.
Role -
Respond to IT user queries received on the phone, via email, in person, or through the IT Support Portal
Perform triage on all contacts raised by IT Users, ensuring that Incidents and Service Requests are identified, raised, categorised, and prioritised within the ITSM tool.
Manage personnel and departmental workloads ensuring SLA's \\ OLA's are achieved were possible
Communicate effectively with users, the wider IT team and third parties ensure the latest relevant information recorded within the ITSM tool and is available to all IT staff.
Speak to users with focus upon excellent customer Service to get to the root of their problem in a supportive manner.
Skills required -
A Level 3 IT Qualification or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a tech support, desktop support, or a similar role Experience using ticketing systems to process user requests and issues.
Proficiency in Managing Microsoft Office 365 application Suite
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
Good written and verbal communication.
Basic to intermediate skills in understanding and managing Microsoft Active Directory services.
