Responsibilities:

• Take part in the installation and maintenance of various types of street furniture.
• Drive an 18-tonne HGV from the Hayes depot to work sites across the London area.
• Safely operate a vehicle-mounted crane, ensuring secure loading and unloading.
• Carry out civils excavation, installation, and reinstatement works.
• Adhere to all DVSA regulations, including weight restrictions, defect reporting, and driving hours.
• Report vehicle faults, driving incidents, and accidents promptly.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and the general public.
• Provide support to colleagues and perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the line manager.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Possession of a full Cat C (class 2) driving licence is essential.
• Certification as a HIAB operator is required.
• NRSWA Operative qualification.
• CSCS card.
• Experience with on-street infrastructure installations.
• Strong communication skills.
