Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bedfordshire to assist with the appointment of a Senior HR Advisor, on a 6-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion.

You will be someone with:
- Local Government Experience as an HR Adviser.
- Recent operational TUPE experience (both TUPE in and out of organisations).
- Recent operational HR Advisory experience across the range of ER policies and holding own case load.
- Supporting Managers with the drafting of ER reports for formal hearings. Quality Assurance of reports.
- Knowledge and operational experience of Ill Health Retirement processes Supported / lead HR related projects.
- Managing change across a range of Directorates / conditions of service
- Knowledge, use and co-ordination of HR systems to respond to customer enquiries and record case.
- Supervising / managing/mentoring staff
- Nice to have Experience of HR Advisory support for Schools, including knowledge of the School Teachers Pay & Conditions / NJC Pay & Conditions.
- Working in private sector in a service delivery environment (i.e care homes, wholly owned companies etc)
