An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Peripatetic Support Worker for Children and Young People Services in the Heysham area.

You will be working for a long-standing and well establish company with a great reputation and a proud history of helping children and young people to achieve their full potential.

Your role will involve working with all clients carrying out care plans to ensure that their physical, emotional and social well-being is cared for and feeding back relevant information to key-workers as appropriate. This will include undertaking assessments, admission and discharge arrangements in accordance with the company policies. You will work flexibly to meet the needs of the Residential homes, Education and the children and young people in their care.

Ideally you will be a passionate individual with a drive for making a positive difference to the Children and Young People in your care.

The successful candidates will ideally hold a Level 3 Children and Young People but not essential, you must have experience of working with Children and Young People, hold a full UK Driving Licence and be flexible to commute to all services.

This is a full-time position with a salary from £30,559 inclusive of sleep ins, with excellent benefits and development within the company.
