Job Description

As a Success Manager at Viewber, you will be the go-to person for our Booking and Membership Teams to help resolve Client and Viewber Member queries relating to our Products. You'll be responsible for pricing any ad-hoc, one-off Products required by Clients and making sure that the self-employed Viewber Member fee is also calculated. You'll also ensure that new, varied, or discontinued Products are communicated to the wider business and update the essential notes for the booking, along with internal and external knowledge base software.

The core hours of the role are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, however, due to the nature of this position, you may, on occasion, be required to work outside your core business hours, particularly with our mass viewings which may include some weekend working.

The salary offered for this role is £35,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving Client and Viewber Members queries relating to our Products
  • Setting pricing for any ad-hoc, one-off Products
  • Updating our team and software to reflect any new, varied or discontinued Products
  • Assisting the Chief Product Officer in creating online forms, ensuring the integration is successful with our internal booking system
  • User Acceptance Testing for new Products created by our Tech Team
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for new and amended Products, based on feedback from our Clients and Viewber Members
  • Where necessary, undertaking online demos.

Key competencies and skills

  • 2 + years of experience working from home
  • 4 + years of customer service management and/or supervisory experience (non-retail), handling emails and telephone calls
  • Fluency in English – both verbal and written, backed by a Level 2 English qualification (such as a GCSE)
  • A good understanding of maths - backed by a Level 2 Maths qualification (such as a GCSE)
  • A level 3 qualification (such as an A-level) in any subject
  • A great communicator who is enthusiastic about helping our Clients and Viewber Members
  • Confident and comfortable picking up the phone and undertaking online demos
  • Keen to learn new skills and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, resilient and can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech’ company
