A new opportunity for qualified family lawyer to join this established and very well known Chichester high street firm.

The firm have been based in central Chichester for many years and offer a range of services predominantly focused on private clients as opposed to the commercial and business, they have built a good reputation providing straight forward advice in a professional and friendly manner.

The Family team headed up by one of the firm's senior partners are looking to add a family lawyer who would be looking to develop their career further with the firm. Ideally you should have acquired between 1-3 years PQE either as a qualified solicitor or a CILEx Legal Executive. The work consists of privately funded family matters comprising in the main of divorce and children matters, this will cover fianncial disputes, settlements, civil partnerships, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements. emergencies remedies and injunctions, international children disputes, financial support to name but a few. The team also supports collaborative methods and mediation to provide alternative outcomes.

This is a small and friendly team and the type of environment where you will feel very much supported on your pathway to acquiring further experience and establishing yourself fully as family lawyer in the region. There is a wealth of experience on hand and while you're expected to have good knowledge and be willing to take on your own caseload support will be available to ensure each case is dealt with to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
