Celebrating our 60th anniversary at London Hilton on Park Lane, we are thrilled to launch in June 2023 our NEW brasserie restaurant and ground-floor bar.
Buzzy and fast paced from morning to late, our modern restaurant offers a fine casual eating experience with an open kitchen and our contemporary bar serves elevated food and snacks. From serving a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations to introducing an all-day a la carte menu, simple and familiar flavours meet with high quality produce. Showcasing a seasonal, low waste, local approach and a sustainable mindset, we create a modern British menu perfect for a casual lunch, business meeting, celebratory dinner or signature afternoon tea.
