EA to CEO

Are you a flexible, highly organised C-suite level EA seeking an immediate temporary hybrid work?

We are recruiting on behalf of a large industry association for digital business for a pivotal role supporting the CEO, this is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a high performing team working in conjunction with the Chief of Staff, to manage the CEOs time and the heartbeat of a global hybrid working organisation, this is a full-time role hybrid working 1-2 days office based in central London near Liverpool Street, this is a ASAP role ongoing with long term potential.

You will be highly organised with previous Executive Assistant to CEO experience working with complex organisation with excellent time management alongside complex diary and travel able to see ahead and plan with the CEO with confidence and commitment.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high level assistance to the CEO, as well as working with executive-level individuals including Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team.

Duties include organising, taking minutes of and tracking tasks from Executive meetings, acting as point of contact between Chair of the Board and Board Members, and co-ordination of Executive C-Level outreach in relation to key events and communications activities. Diary management, travel arrangements, task tracking and commissioning and collating briefings for the CEO is also integral to the role, working alongside the CoS and CEO in managing their time effectively.

  • Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Level.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and utmost respect for confidentiality.
  • Ability to research and collate complex travel itineraries.
  • Ambitious for themselves and the Forum.
  • Enthusiasm to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Willing to travel.
