Your primary on the road tasks will include:

• Fault diagnosis and rectification.
• Assessing parts requirements & ordering.
• Routine services of clients & hired equipment.
• Ensure service records are maintained and updated.
• Complete and submit accurate job reports in a timely manner.
• Book stock items in and out of the depot accurately and in line with company policy.

You will be provided with:

• Full induction including product training.
• Full work wear including all correct PPE.
• Laptop, Phone, Tablet to log job schedules, Van for work use, Fuel Card

What will you bring?

• You'll have experience of electrical and/or mechanical aspects of Groundcare or agricultural equipment, or you will have a recognised apprenticeship as a mechanical/electrical engineer
• You'll ideally have experience in field service engineering, with experience of working on Groundcare equipment alongside great customer facing skills
• As you are on the road, you will need a full driving license to be considered for this role
