Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview

As a People & Culture Supervisor, you’ll provide administrative and advisory support to the Store Management team across all elements of HR.
Within the role you’ll be supporting recruitment, induction, training, payroll, employee relations, and helping to build a great culture throughout the store. Every day will be different providing you with challenge and reward in equal measure.
Previous administrative experience ideally within HR with a CIPD qualification is preferred, however we also offer training and support to achieve a CIPD qualification with us if you’re successful.
