JOB OVERVIEW
As the Deputy Centre Director (Student Experience), you will be responsible for overseeing a team of three Heads of Functions: Head of Student Support, Head of Registry & Operations, and Head of Progression Support. Together, you will strive to ensure that our students receive a great experience both within and outside of the center. As a senior leader, you will set high expectations for students and staff, and provide guidance to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will ensure compliance with UKVI regulations and other quality assurance processes as required by Study Group, our university partner, and regulatory bodies. In addition, you will act as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in strategic leadership within a complex, multidisciplinary environment, with a proven track record of success. A strong understanding of UK higher education and experience in managing staff in international and/or UK further and higher education contexts is essential. You will be able to articulate a clear vision for continuous improvement and work collaboratively to achieve our goals for student outcomes. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships with our university partner and across the Study Group network.
