A qualified solicitor or barrister, admitted to practice in England and Wales with significant experience of handling a varied commercial and/or IP caseload
Pragmatic and able to provide solution-focused advice both individually and as part of a wider legal team
Able to articulate legal principles clearly and concisely both in writing and orally
