Our client, a highly reputable, forward-thinking firm in Manchester city centre are seeking their newest Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving team.

Due to the nature of this position, our client is able to look broadly at PQE level and can consider a Corporate Solicitor from NQ level, so this really is a role not to be missed. You will be advising a variety of large corporate clients, resulting in a high value and high-quality workload of complex corporate law matters.

You will typically handle a range of work that includes but is not limited to; corporate finance and governance; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; re-organisations; venture capital; private equity and capital markets.
