This is an excellent Content Marketing Manager role based in the London office of a global law firm. The successful applicant will be joining a BD, Marketing and Communications team that is already well established and respected within the firm by partners and other fee earners for its high standard of service and the ideas and commitment it brings and will enjoy excellent agile working arrangements. The firm are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can create bold, progressive content for sector, practice and firmwide campaigns. Acting as a strategic adviser to the business on content themes, trends and best practice, you will be responsible for managing the content team of one Content Marketing Executive and one Content Editor, including maintaining service levels, managing learning and development opportunities and driving process changes that drive operational efficiencies. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop the firm's content strategy and take a hands-on approach to developing campaigns and content that drive reputation and revenue. The role holder will also be required to champion writing standards and implement reviews and controls to improve consistency across UK and international content. With drive, initiative and proactivity, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in a content or campaigns-focused role, preferably within a professional services or law firm, to include experience in managing small teams. Enthusiastic, flexible and creative, the Content Marketing Manager will possess excellent planning and advisory skills as well as a strong ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure without compromising quality or deadlines.
