OneAdoptionSouthYorkshire is looking for someone who can take on the role of a Communications and Marketing Officer for the new Regional Adoption Agency.

This is a key role in the RAA’s development which will assist the agency in reaching new potential adopters, promote the new agency across South Yorkshire and ensure that all RAA staff, all staff in partner agencies and all existing OASY adopters are kept up to date with service developments.

This would be a half-time post, 18.5 hours and the actual hours worked, and the work-base could be flexible across the week and across the 4 partner agencies. The post-holder could be physically based in any of the 4 local authorities.

If you are currently employed by one of the 4 South Yorkshire Local Authority Communications teams and interested in this opportunity you could remain in your current post with the RAA paying your employing authority to back-fill the hours.

Equally we could consider this as a 12-month temporary, part-time post based with Doncaster as the host agency for the RAA and open to secondment from one of the authorities.
