Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Main Contractor that are known to excel in the new build, refurbishment schemes. Being an international Main Contractor that operates oversees as well as Nationally, our client is one of the most well-known Main Contractors in the Industry. As a business they operate in both the private and the public sectors including defence, education, health, leisure, civils, engineering, commercial and Residential. Typically, our clients projects values are £30 Million to £80 Million with some of their projects being £100 Million plus.
As they begin working on one of their most highly anticipated projects, the company is looking to hire a Commercial Manager. For this Commercial Manager, this marks an invaluable opportunity to develop their career - especially at a time when the company's turnover is secured for 2023 with a healthy pipeline of projects.
The Commercial Manager would be actively reporting to a Commercial Director but ultimately would bear the responsibility of the whole project and leading a team of Quantity Surveyors.
In return, they would receive up to £90,000 + Car allowance, travel paid, pension, health care and Bonus.
