Zitto Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar is a small business in the centre of North Berwick, East Lothian. North Berwick is a very busy seaside town, with many attractions.

We are looking for the following in our candidate:

Seeking a pizza Chef with a passion for excellent food and an eye for presentation. Our organisation is an exciting place to be and we are always looking for passionate and creative professionals to join our team. We are looking for someone to join our team as a creative chef who is skilled in both the preparation and presentation of a variety of pizza's in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the temperature of dough.
• Prepare food for cooking and baking.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and maintain sanitary conditions in food preparation areas.
• Help plan menus.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared with the proper ingredients, spices, seasonings and cooking techniques.
• Have knowledge of cooking methods, allowing them to work as a cook or chef in a restaurant kitchen or food service facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £8.00-£10.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
