The food menu is seasonal and varied, offering a range of pub classic dishes and modern, exciting restaurant style plates.
You will learn cooking and the preparing of food, Stock control, Food hygiene and correct record keeping
Duties include:
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification. Your qualification will be delivered Inspiro Learning who will support your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you in the workplace on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship
