Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a child & adolescent mental health/learning disability clinician to join our dedicated CETR (Care, Education and Treatment Review) team as we expand and develop our CETR service for the population of Southend, Essex and Thurrock (SET).

You will be an experienced child & adolescent mental health (CAMHS) practitioner with a mental health/learning disabilities nurse/occupational therapist/ social worker qualification who could be part of our vision to support the Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Programme by ensuring that children & young people with a Learning Disability or Autism live well in the community, with the right support, close to home.

As part of the Learning Disabilities & Autism (LDA) Programme the CETR team have a key role in enhancing community capacity, thereby reducing inappropriate hospital admissions and long stays. The CETR team sits as a central part of LDA Programme and provides support across the SET areas, co-ordinating and delivering CETR panels.
