Revit MEP Technician (Building Services)

An established Design and Build contractor based in West Byfleet, are currently seeking a Revit MEP Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality design and documentation for various MEP projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed design drawings using Revit MEP software
• Coordinate with other members of the design team, including architects and structural engineers, to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
• Prepare project documentation, including schedules, specifications, and reports
• Conduct site visits to gather information and provide support during construction
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of all project-related documents
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress

Projects:

• The Revit MEP Technician will work on a range of projects, including commercial and residential buildings, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and industrial facilities.
• The project values will vary, but can range from £100k to £10 million.

Requirements:

• Experience using Revit MEP software for detailed design and documentation
• Knowledge of building systems and MEP design principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations
• A degree or diploma in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
